The longer answer is that finding the right dirt pedal has been a long, expensive, exhaustive search for me for many years. I've been searching as small builders have become more and more prevalent, and as they've worked on their designs over the years. It's been fun to be honest.does anyone notice a difference except you??
However, I'm glad that I can move on with my life...hahaha (there's always the next obsession). I also know that John at Electronic Audio Experiments is considering redesigning the bass version (Claymore) with a blend knob. John is one of the best the business has ever seen...has his hands and mind helping many other builders...and he's right in Boston. I love supporting what he does, and I love what he does....so I'll be getting the updated Claymore as well when/if it ever happens.

The guy who is in the next State wants me to meet him part way, and my schedule, and summer traffic, are making me rethink it....but there are also three people who have asked me about shipping. not that I need another bass
There is a market. The smaller scale and tighter spacing has me interested. I’ve got my new Miezo 18” on the way next week, so I should have a good gear fix for a bit.
It was the tighter spacing that made me want to try it. What surprised me was the quality, the playability, and especially the sound. They really got it right, I just don't need a 4 string or a short scale in the end.
well if all your other offers fall apart, let me know. i'd be interested. sounds like it is as good as gone though.
After recovering from a week of serious mtn biking, I've recovered, but not without some injuries (switched over to clip-in pedals - if you mtn bike, you know exactly why I've gotten injured more in the last month than in the previous 25 years). Hurt my wrist on my fretting hand, but miraculously, it doesn't hurt in playing positions. Whew.
Got a new piece of gear, not as sexy as all the noise/dirtmakers you've been chatting about this week, but got a DAD Midibaby 3. Will allow me to send specific CC/PC's to three different pedals, which is gonna be fun. I needed it to do some extensive stuff with the Aeros, but I think I'm gonna also have some fun with it on the C4 and maybe the Particle or the Nemesis.
Gonna be getting that Soma Cosmos, too, as soon as it's available.
As someone who's primarily not a dirt user, I will admit to finding the variations in dirt you all talk about so fascinating. I don't hear the subtleties as much, probably because it's my least used effect, but I feel the same way about delay pedals. I can't fathom allocating more than 150 total on my dirt needs, but delays? Take my money.
Still waiting for more stereo analog delay options, as, AFAIK, there's only two. I wish Way Huge would make a stereo Supa-puss, that one was one of my faves, ever.

Also, as soon as this stupid heat leaves, I'll get up in the studio and make that Miezo demo. It's just hard to play in an 85 degree studio, even more so at night. Yay climate change.

Not that bad. I have the four Longswords, I have a Spruce Effects The Gale that's currently up for sale, and I suppose you could consider the Electrofoods Germ a dirt pedal. It breaks up a bit (amazing pedal). Someone loaned me an Electrofoods Rad Sickness, but I don't own it. That's it. Once I know it's not for me it gets sold. I've settled on the Longsword for sure.
Thats it, I was expecting like 30 pedals with variations of the same plus back ups.
More playing less shopping FTW.
