Line 6 HD500X(upgrading to a Helix this week)>FOH>stereo feed of L/R Mains + my vocal and bass split to 1 and 11 o'clock boosted a little>Mipro 909>Fender A6.

I use Di only in one of the services that i play in church. The only complain is that the overdriven tone sounds Awefull in the in ears monitors. Im buying a cab sim next week to fix that. I also have a bass combo with a PA if somebody needs the bass rumble on stage.

What are you getting? The Broughton LPF is pretty popular over in the FX forum. I just use the "Splitter" pedal emulation within the Zoom B1on/MS60B or the channel LPF within my FrankenBassRig/PA.

My Zoom MS-60B is set up:
<Tuner>
AcBsPre (as HPF)
BassBB (mild OD) or OrangeLim ("dirty" compressor)
Splitter (as LPF)
ZNR (Zoom's awesome noisegate)

It has two outputs so one goes to the mixer and one to my tiny powered monitor. I've not used my IEM's in a few years as I'm often the one doing sound from stage and/or the band isn't fully mic'd.
