Animals That Are Overdue For Domestication

We had a band meeting last night to try and encourage our drummer to make rehearsals.

"Encouragement" 🐌

Did I ever tell you guys about the drummer I was playing with who was losing his mind?

He was an original member of my improv rock band. Eventually him, our keys player, and lead guitarist wanted to turn some of our jams into actual songs. That was fine with me, until they'd put off our rehearsal for their side project. The other guitarist and I kicked them out and replaced them.

Our current drummer at the time couldnt make the gig, so we get the former drummer to fill in. He arrives with our guitarist and seems to be in an odd mood. There was a lot going on with him at the time, I recall. So, he disappears for a little while, but eventually resurfaces in time to play. We're finishing up our second song and I see this guy approaching our drummer. I kind of tried to play through, but the guy starts yelling over us.
Turns out, the drummer was hanging at the mexican food joint next door. Someones order came up and the drummer just went and took it and ate it. Whoever ordered the food put the pieces together, he also happened to know the promoter who booked us. Needless to say, that was the end of our set. It was also the last time I worked with that drummer.
