I have zero problems with Windows, I am more efficient with Windows, and I spend less for better performance on Windows.

Now when someone else has a different experience, they call me inaccurate? Excuse me? I am pretty sure it is accurate, it is my life. Just like in your lives you may think your Mac's have the same qualities. That's fine and dandy, use your Mac then.

So how about everyone just enjoy their computers in their own worlds, and whatever works for them.... I don't see a problem here. There are pros and cons of each OS, and it is variety. Just like there is variety between basses. Do we go around bashing others for having a Carvin or a G&L or a Fender? I mean....... sure we do sometimes but that's TB and all in good fun, realistically, you use what your comfortable with.

The same thing applies to Mac vs Windows really, there is no vs. There's not even an or. Since when it is Mac or Windows. Use whatever the hell you want, including both if you see fit.

I can help you out with it if you need, it's a firmware update for your iPod, all you need to do is format, copy/paste a few files, then run the DOS based installer. PM me if you need me.

As I have said many times, whatever works for you. I am infinitely faster and more efficient on my PC than a Mac. Plus my XP Laptop's specs are superior to any Mac laptop on a price by price comparison.

That's my point. With Rockbox you dont need iTunes to copy or view whats on your iPod, it works just like a USB key or a removable harddrive, copy/paste directly.
