Which part is the Squier and which part is MIM?
Never mind... duh... Neck is MIM, body is a Squier. I think $100 is a fair price. Offer $75 and see what happens.
The real issue for me would be there's only one volume knob? For two different pickups? Sounds like a bad idea.

We don't have any idea of the price, so it's hard to make any judgement. The one concern is that your username indicates you like to slap, and that MM pickup is in exactly the wrong place if that's a favored technique. First it will get in the way of your fingers, and secondly the strings are likely to hit against the polepieces making very unpleasant sounds.

I know this model.....it's the "What the hell was I thinking" model bass.
Wise idea of putting a powerful MM style pickup right under where your fingers/pick will be playing the instrument so it'll be picking up all kinds of string action noise.
That being said, if it's super cheap, I would still buy it, remove the pickup and get a replacement PG to cover it up. If you really want to, as a project, you can route the bass near the bridge and relocate the pickup there.
If you can get this at a low price, go for it.
This pickup combination should present some interesting tone variations to you. Sure it has a humbucker and a precision pickup, but they've not been placed in their traditional locations. Try it first. You could be surprised.

Dude, that is a pretty cool looking bass. If it's very cheap I would just buy it and not worry about it. I'm imagining, that with that neck pickup one would be able to produce some insanely thick tones and low end.
I don't understand your options. There's nothing on this bass that's gonna sound like a Jazz. What is your #1 bass? If it's a Jazz, this could be your P option and the MM pickup is just some gravy you can add when the mood strikes or just ignore it.
You also need to find out if it's a "real" stingray pup. Will make a huge difference in the value of the bass. Probably isn't, but if it is, it could be worth the price of admission on it's own.
I would imagine you get a good dose of 'flub-a-dub-dub' from a MM pickup in that position, but you can always tap it or rip it out and put an unadulterated pickguard on to cover the rout... So if the price is right...

If the pickup route under the MM isn't too deep, it could be an OK bass. If it's a diy chisel and hammer job, you could be buying a neck, a couple pickups, and a body that isn't structurally sound. I'd need to see the thing without the pickguard before I considered buying it.
Do you need the bass? How cheap is it? I think determining whether or not to buy it is up to you man, if you feel the price is right and you like it, go for it. Will it resell for an astronomical amount? No... but it's a hotrodded Frakenprecision that probably sounds decent.
How much? I like it! I'd buy it if it was cheap enough. You can always cover that hole with a new pickguard.
I'm liking it more and more. I might be willing to buy the thing if you want to pass. I've been wanting an inexpensive precision!
I actually like it. I've had a squire sitting in a non climate controlled attic for 5 years, in Jersey, where the temp goes between 0 and 100 degrees... and it still plays fine. They've been making cheap guitars for so long now, that even what was once crap is well made now.

Price matters because... If it's more than $100, then I'd just get something proven. A Dean Zone is less than $200 and it plays and sounds awesome and is guaranteed.
