Yankees Smankees, The Rocktober fest is on and brooms are workin straight through game 4 of the world series.
The Rockies are playing well; but the task at hand is to try to score a few runs off of Cleveland's pair of aces. I can't think any further ahead than tonight at 7:00.
But I will venture to guess that no matter how either of the LCS's go; the AL team will be favored.

You are absolutely correct - Soxtober fest does sounds corny.
It should simply be Soxtober.
The NL has won as the underdog before - '01, '03, '06 - the good news for AL fans is that if the pattern holds, the next NL upset will be in 2010.
Trend were made to be broken. Soxtober vs. Rocktober, no comparison on the cool meter.

Not to mention what the mercury will do in the old-fashioned cool meters with late October games in Boston and Denver. A little snow during a nationally televised game would make the ski areas happy.

They already posted the best second half ERA in the history of Baseball, combine that with 18 of 19 and thier handling of a great pitcher like Webb last night.
Hmmm, all I can say is WOW! most unexpected.
