Bass sustainer developed in 2000 what you think?

hello :) already finish it just implememnting new things dint talk about here, already registered my domain, for the moment is only working the seccion project, wich i discuss with some people and develop new things, hope to put the website online very soon

Hello! Following @Honch idea of anti sustain i sucessfully adapt it( looked like the most usefull patch to bass players unless you want to sound like a cello) , from last time i was here made lots of improvements, i think its time to make it public some people that tryed prototipe advised me to put it on a some kind of KICKSTART, but i have a few questions about if after showing on kickstarter or indiego it counts for prior art before i get the patent or idea can be used by every company till one of those make a patent, if someone knows i really apreciate help.
Finnaly almost 2 months in South America a lot of papers to work on in the next months to get residence but everything is ok, people are amazing, musicians just great and humble persons has never meet before! And theres no cold, i suffered a lot with negative temperature lol

So what is going to be presented in kickstart or similar if that counts for prior art:

types of sustainer: Electromagnetic, Electroacustic and mine( thinking in the best way to call it)

1-No modifications requiered in instrument
2-Installation and setup in less than 5 minutes
3-Works in any instrument (acoustic or electric) with any number of strings( 6/7/8 string guitar, bass any number of strings/ cello/ violin, portuguese guitar/ charango/ double bass everything that got strings on it) this work because its a modular system, and you can change from one instrument to another in a minute.
4-You can use any pickup and pickup position not limited to play with bridge pickup, you can move from your bridge to midlle to neck , spilt ,bridge+neck ,bridge+midle etc without affecting performance just getting the tone of your favourite pickup
5-Can control patches with your phone if needed
6-Wireless pedalboard with sustain expression pedal and polyphony or stereo ambience controller, anti sustain, wireless change from harmonic to normal mode, gain control etc
7-small size and small final price for consumer

what im looking for is a place were i can get support to bring to all musicians this at an super affordable price, discuss the idea and improve it with real musician ideas, not trying to do the ultimate sustainer because theres nothing like ultimate in anything, sooner or later theres allways something better, make prior art of it before get the money for patent.

So i never did a crowdfunding, really need opinions whats best and be available to South America , too cold in Europe lol had to move.

Obs. this achivements looks out of reallity im used to see people laghing out loud with my ideas and then desapear when they see them working, so if you are a person that follow the books and dont have your own ideas and explore beyond what they teach you , sorry to say but your brain is formated by society you have no own life or thoughts (you think you do!)
so my advise if you are not here to help please dont post at all.
From were came innovation? following the rules or breacking them?

I think I'd like to try one on a fretless. It would be cool to be able to adjust the dynamics smoothly with my right hand also.

at the moment i can adjust the dynamics smoothly with my foot with wireless pedalboard, with right hand i could do that but wouldnt be playing with it as it had to control something, one thing you can do is shape a litle dynamic and attack with a litle practice can get diferent kind of sounds

Yeah I'd mainly want to use it on fretless to sorta fake a cello sound for a ballad . ive tried an ebow and it was cool but there really isn't any dynamic control. If you bring it closer and closer to the string super slowly you can get a crescendo but it's super hard to get it to react well and on time and it really only works on the d and g strings. On the A string it'll make the string sustain but it has such a hard time getting the string moving that you pretty much have to do a hammer on into each note to stay on time. But yeah I think it would be sick if you could control dynamics on the bass with your right hand. I use pedals. But Literally the only time I don't use a wireless is in the studio and don't want to have to stand at my board onstage. I'd like to be able to play it while walking around.

Hum didnt think in that, in the moving on stage part, theres great control right now with foot. Hum a new challenge arrived , that would be good To control your sustain while moving. Let me sleep over it!

BTW I love Brazil. Agree with you. I live up in Scandinavia, too cold, even if it's not that severe a winter this time around. Been 3 times to Brazil. I don't know where you live in South America, but since you're from Portugal, Brazil would make the most sense to relocate to.

Im in Perú ;) great place to live, was in Brazil a few years ago, didnt liked i lived with scare all teh time, but i made a lot of friends, Brasil is a factory of great great musiciansss they breed music, well they have brazillian funk wich is the s*** of music and culture in brasil.
Im learning today the music whispering a prayer from steve vai lol being on it from 00:00 to now its 5:37 in the morning, just did it to show the sustainer working on a guitar, tomorrow im going to record a video, hope to find a borrowed bass, cello and double bass to record with it too this week, stay tuned!!! Today a video showing some features of the sustainer on a guitar, but you will get an idea of what you could do in a bass. going to sleep now ;)

I've seen your video on YouTube and have been very interested, and anyone here who really knows me *knows* I've been talking about an "Effects Bass" for years that combines a Kahler Bass Tremolo with a "Bass Sustainiac" (not the "SUSTAINER", but the guys from "Maniac Music" who seem to have a more quality product and is shown by the users: Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Adrian Belew, ect...) who offer a Bass version that consists of some resistor swaps and a few other proprietary mods.

I've finally got all my projects in a row and have the Doner Bass and Kahler 2400 forward-facing saddles and hope to start the routing & Sustainiac wiring that can offer a Bowed Cello-type "clean" tone and a Peter Steele of Type O Negative "Dirty"/"Effected" tone with the Driver in the same space as the Single Coil Guitar version is, at the very end of the Fretboard. You might also want to check out Terry Law on YouTube, who completely independent of me came up with virtually the same concept.

...but I as well am extremely interested in how your idea works out!
