It is never to much to remember such things doggo but I'm pretty sure all that was already covered have somewhere.
Anyway, nice to have you here.

getting to know the v-amp better and better, and loving it a bit more every day.
i understand, that unlike the "desktop" version of the v-amp, the pro can only be remotely controlled via a MIDI footswitch. is there a simple plug and play kind of foot switch that could do the bank up/bank down switching? allthough the FCB1010 pedal seems very reasonably priced, i actually wouldn't need all the pedals etc, just up/down.
any suggestions are appreciated, thanks.
does every kind of MIDI pedal needs to be programmed to do what i want it to do?
Hi All. 1st post on TB.
Bi-Amping, I had a V-Amp guitar head I loved for my HIs with my FCB. And I could use it like stomps mid-stream IF I stayed in the same amp/cab model (I'd save a whole a bank with minor differences between each setting).
Well the V-Amp died and I bought the rack-mounted Bass V-Amp but was disappointed that the same seemed to not be true... it would pause when I switched... even if the parameters of the two saved settings had only minor differences (e.g. switch between two verbs etc.). So I returned it.
Did I have a setting wrong?
There is a slight delay of about 0.5 seconds when switching patches on the Bass V-AMP. During this delay there is no sound and one could describe that it "pauses" during patch switches.
I believe their V-AMPyre guitar head line did not have this issue, as it was designed mostly for guitarists who change patches mid-song.
You did nothing wrong, well, maybe except returning the Bass V-AMP
Cheers!
I only found TB a couple of days ago ....
