Question: I am finding the stock Tolex case to be rather heavy. What other cases or gig bags are any of you using with your SB basses?

Hopefully my Reunion Blues Continental bag. I won't know until the bass gets here. They drafted my account for the balance today, but the site hasn't been updated with shipping info yet. It did make me a little sad that the 80% balance was $1308. Much more than a stock one would have been. Hopefully it is worth it.![]()

Pretty much any gig bag.Question: I am finding the stock Tolex case to be rather heavy. What other cases or gig bags are any of you using with your SB basses?
Pretty much any gig bag.
No, but I've done the ProTec Deluxe and Contego, Access Stage 5, SKB, Markbass, Fender, Sadowsky PortaBag (I and II), inCase (Slim/DUB), and iGig 515. The only one I currently have that it might not fit well in is the Access Stage 3, but those are pretty short... they don't fit a typical inline J, either.Anyone tried an SB in one of the lightweight cases like Roadrunner Hybrid?
Oh yeah, a Mono M80 works for me too.My SB5000 fit fine in a road runner but is currently being cradled by a Mono bag/case. Now thats protection!

Really? My SB5000's upper horn sticks out of the iGig 525. Can't close it. Is that the same bag you have?
