I am looking for some assistance with a project. I am restoring/modifying a neck through Ibanez Rick and I am going to be putting in a pair of Chi's in - the CS4 full shell. I have the dimensions for the chrome covers: 102.1 x 48.8, but what dimensions would the route need to be? Does anyone have a template?

I was planning a possible project with Chis and Bo from Hanson pickups gave me the dimensions you said plus 23.9mm depth as the routing dimensions. The Chis are just rectangular and straight along those dimensions unlike something like the Darkstar, in case you wwere confused about that.

Thanks Holdsg and sunbeast. Between the photo and the rectangular verification, I can get it done. I was a bit paranoid about an irregular route shape. Can't wait to finish and play this thing.
