The natural looks classic to me Joel, but that Ice Tea Burst is kinda unique for a trans color..and it looks killer IMO.

Given the current state of the economy and the general budget of a working musician a Deluxe LM is a huge deal. Maybe not so much for those of us lucky enough to have other sources of income thankfully. These basses also take a certain level of experience to really appreciate just how much goes into it and what that final product means in terms of feel and tone.

With that all being said color is just a small variable that makes the bass unique to you, being that the discussion is hidden from the larger TB community in the club thread we can make of it what we want.

Picked this bass up a month ago at Bass Gear in London. Just couldn’t resist it. It has a spalted alder body and DN fingerboard. It has a timbre to it that I think gives it a quite characterful high-mid sound that cuts through well in a mix. I’m really glad to have the opportunity to enjoy an Alleva Coppolo. Just thought I should share.

I have a new (to me) LG5 on the way. Mitch's "old" 2011 Winter NAMM Classic Supreme. I've really wanted a sunburst LG for a while. This one looks perfect.

I think a few folks here may have laid hands on it at the NAMM show.

Well, I haven't played the other two you have, but I HAVE played Mitch's, and let me tell you, it kicks major arse. Seriously. I'll be VERY interested to hear how you think it compares to your others because I absolutely LOVED that bass.

Yup Vic, one sweet bass for sure, and one that pains me to let go. House repairs and other unforseen bills that have come up since NAMM so I'm just going to be LG-less for a bit until I can replace it. I have my RA5s and Rootbeer LM5 in the meantime. Congrats to Joel (who seems to building one heck of a collection of ACs!)

Speaking of which, if anyone has any interest in a candy apple RA4/nitro body, tinted neck, I may let that go if there is a buyer.

Nice! This is my favorite P at the moment-- so much i just picked out 2 pieces of spalted alder to do one quite similar! Welcome to the "Famiglia"! cant wait to hear some recordings with it...:hyper:
