I am sure Jimmy would love a sale,, And i would love to see him make sale since he is my friend..

Please do not take offense, but i really think it would be better to save up and get one than to go into hock and take a loan... that is just my opinion who once got myself into trouble by doing that same thing about 30 years ago... lucky i bailed myself out.. Just me sticking my nose where it doesn't belong once again..:o But i am an old timer and have been there..
Start small like with a Macys card and buy a shirt or a lawmower or something..:)

Yeah .. well i have gotten myself into some big trouble on this forum too for having too big of a mouth..:help:
But it was great to meet some of the folks here on TB at NAMM this year.. they can back me up fthat i am somewhat sane.... only somewhat..:smug:

Just make sure you get enough sleep and take it easy on the caffeine, Kirk. ;)

It was nice to meet you at NAMM, thanks for the cool hang at the AC booth.

Oh man you are welcome.. I am so glad to have met and hung out with you.. Jimmy had a great time.. We are thinking of maybe doing Summer NAMM in Nashville.. lets see..
I have off today so i am once again drinking too much java.. I just got an espresso machine since i was spending way too much at the coffee shops.. but now its more accessible..

I think it's you that is confused about spirit - I'm flat out encouraging you to talk to the guy that makes them and get your hands on one and play it. I'm also flattered that as I am part of Jimmy's customer base that you find me to be mature.

Has anyone seen an AC with a tinted maple neck? Jimmy offers tining but I haven't seen any pics.

On a related note that KBP-5 kills. I really like the look of the dummy coils under the 'a' string treble pickup.

My next one will be a LM5 (70's pick-up spacing), ash body, rosewood ringerboard, that crazy orange juice metallic finish with matching headstock, but white pearl-oid pickguard.
Like this:

Just gotta work out the finanaces (ie..maybe still sell my Sadowsky!).

I almost pulled the trigger on that exact bass like an hour before I was emailed about my LG5.
I told Marko I would call back in the morning and talk to Jimmy.
A litte bit later an e-mail pops up and BINGO!!!! I got Tommix's old LG5.

And it is SWEET!!!!!!!
