Well I am still undecided on the color for my LM5, it's actually getting fairly annoying at this point that I can't make a decision.
Thus far my default may be to copy Jonno and get a natural finish but I am still interested in any thoughts on what might work nice with the blocks and bindings.

Surely going with the LM5 with celluloid blocks. I am a little nervous if I go black pickguard it may make the blocks look small..
I was going to get the black w/black blocks and binding but opted for rootbeer with white blocks and binding.
I bet that will look real nice. I always felt the moca/rootbeer looked almost like a dark well aged stain...
What about pearloid blocks and binding, black pickguard, 3TS finish. Classic late '70s look. If not 3TS, pearloid blocks and binding with a black pickguard looks great with anything.
I have GASSED for this bass since I saw its picture at the Namm show.
I had to listen to all the nasty Antigua haters jibes.

This is a fantastic bass. The colour wasn't too my liking initially but in the flesh it oozes class and plays and sounds like a dream!!!
