Guys,
My AC has had a set up and has been doing some acclimatising to the Brisbane humidity. It has had some reaction to the climate change and needed some neck adjustments but all is close to good now. It's still creating some very very slight fret buzz in the first 4-5 frets of the A,D and G strings. I see this as some final settling in and don't really want to take it back to my set up guy. I'm ashamed to say I'm a bit nervous tweaking this bass myself - it's a thing of beauty
Some advice please - Do I raise the strings a fraction or do I tweak the truss rod? We are talking fret resonance more that rattle. It's just the lightest of buzz when I dig in.
Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!
