Each build has a spec sheet on the back of each are the sanding and finish notes. + there is a daily sheet kept at the front of the clip board that is sectioned off. Each section is a build and what I "hope" to do on that build that day. The bottom right corner is the non buisness stuff I have to do that day, wash floor, take trash out etc.etc. and yes that is where "get dog food" goes too.

BTW....Clement #4 which was up for sale, is not up for sale anymore. Why? I played it for awhile on a rather large stage the other night. Although I use 5s on stage most of the time, that may change. It kills. I'm keeping it.

Well, I have some bad news and some good news. The bad news is that there will be a slight delay in getting my electronics configured just the way I want them, so I will have to wait a bit longer to get this bass in my hands. 
The good news is that the bass is basically together, and Tom sent me new pics!
I am just loving the way that black limba looks with the oil finish!

That's some gorgeous wood on that bass. Very "earthy" feel to it. Like you picked it out of Frodo Baggin's garden.

Yes, I was definitely hoping for that "earthy" look/feel, though I did not specifically have hobbits in mind at the time.
