First off, damn fine job on the re-fin!
Personally, I'm with 600ohms on this one...I'd go ahead with the tug bar, especially if the holes are already drilled. The pickup cover is easy enough to take on/off as the mood strikes, too.

thx! I agree with you guys on the tug-bar. Going to make one to match the finish. I feel more confident now with builds, so I just ordered a Telecaster body and neck, and will build a Capri Orange relic Tele with top components. I really don't play guitar, so I will sell it once completed. Thanks for the ongoing feedback.

I had YJ install a tug bar and ash tray during my build. I say yes!

Sonic Blue, built in 2018. This picture was taken sometime last year. It’s always looked different depending on the light; sometimes leaning more whiteish, sometimes blueish. After 6 years the color has changed a bit and is looking more “creamy” as well as adding a little bit of a yellow tint under certain light.

I ordered it right after seeing the NBD pic of @Joe Clark ’s sonic blue Moollon.

As the seller of this beautiful J, I am really pleased to have been able to sell the bass to our new friend here, who will fortunately get more use out of it than I, me being primarily a P guy. The icing on the cake was that we were able to meet in person here in SOCAL, which is such a pleasure and departure from the usual shipping situation.

Congrats!!! You skipped the line. :laugh: Beautiful bass. What color is that? I ordered OTM and I hope it comes out a bit like this.
