Andi has a full time career aside from Moollon. He's very busy
Understood. I can certainly respect and relate to that, but it seemed like this might be getting to the point where it's a little outside of being explained by that. I had seen a recent post on the "Moollon Basses" Facebook group a couple days ago (below) asking if anyone had heard from Andi lately, and there hasn't been a single response that's any shade of "yes", with multiple people saying they have not received responses in multiple ~months, so it struck me as slightly concerning. I felt like it might be worth checking in here to see if anyone had heard anything.
Here's that FB post (it was not my post):
"Hi everyone,
Quick question — has anyone heard from Andi lately? I haven't had any replies to my last emails over the past few months and was wondering if anyone's been in touch.
Thanks!"
A few response examples from that post...
"I sent an email February 19th and have yet to get a reply. Ordered mid March of 2021."
"I have sent a few emails asking about my order 3+ years ago, but no response. Just wanted to know the approximate delivery time at this moment. I ordered one Jan 2022."
"I wrote to andi roselund a lot of times, but it seems to me like he is not involved anymore or at least he dosen't care (sad enough, that seems to be for sure). I am afraid, that the P-Bass i have already will stay alone. A wonderful Instrument… Has anyone already asked for the deposit and got it back?"
"Ordered in march 2021. Haven't heard anything for the last 1,5 years and I'm not even gonna try emailing him after reading what's being posted here and on Talk Bass. A short status update would be appreciated. Andi's communication was great in the past, hope it will come back. Still really looking forward to the ordered P4 in Desert Sand

"
I can certainly understand being busy, but at this point there hasn't been a "group update" since December 2024 either. If responding to individual customer queries isn't feasible, it seems like a semi-regular group update, even once a month or every couple months, would go a long way (and would help with quelling the individual update requests coming in). Hoping everything is alright on their end.
