These two went off the radar for me but I just found them on the recently sold page. I think they deserve some talk here:

How can I get the white on my black/white/black pickguard to yellow like this?

Just wanted to stop by and say Hi to Vic, Chef, Bluesy cat, Fran, Joe P. and Everyone else. I dont get on here as much because I stopped searching for gear and playing at least once a weekend plus working a lot of OT so I have been busy. I have had my NYC for 10 months now and I am still in love with it. That is rare for me. I have it chained to a Mesa M6 and Epifani Series II 4X10 cab and Love it. Hope everyone is doing good.

I generally use Sadowsky Blue SS's on my Sadwosky's. I've tried the SunBeams in the past, but they were just too slinky for me with the combination of nickel plus the round core. I will be trying some other nickels soon, however. I love the Blue SS's, but lately I've been getting kind of on a nickel kick.

I have been wanting to try the Blue nickels myself. If there is anyone that would like to try a set of blue stainless and has a set of blue nickels let me know. I will mail you a set of stainless and you mail me a set of the nickels. 45-130 please.
Or I could quit being dumb and call Kevin and say send me some strings LOL.

Great to hear from you again!! That NYC is beautiful! I love blocks! Good to hear you're busy playing bass - hopefully more than OT! LOL!
I have never tried blue stainless but I won't give up my blue nickels!

Thanks Bluesy Cat. I have been playing and working a lot. I am gonna have to get a set of the blue nickels and try them. BTW your Sadowsky hands down has the best BE maple neck I have ever seen anywhere any place on any bass. My jaw drops everytime I see it.

Hey Mike,

Yeah, haven't contributed much either. Just for the occasional sarcasm! Working on a new big project that I'm pretty excited about.

Glad you still love your bass. I can see why!

Keep rockin' it!

Finally ! I understand first-hand what all the talk is about. Took possession of my first (and definitely not my last) Sadowsky last week and haven't put it down yet.
2 rehearsals and 4 gigs straight out of the case. It was a little unnerving to purchase online, sight-unseen but the Bass Club Chicago was very patient and helpful in my choice of an MV4-HPJ Hybrid.
Already searching for an RV-4 or MV4-WL. Thank you, Roger for designing such a quality instrument and to all Sadowsky enthusiasts for encouraging me to take the plunge.
