My pleasure Timothy. You never know, I may even get to see YOU in the not too distant future, & hear it. We hope to take a trip to Vietnam with a stop over in HK - MAYBE next year. Spent some time getting familiar with NYC Chinatown (& Little Italy) while there, & got to appreciate the character of the place. Apparently much like that in HK. Not for the faint of heart as it were. ;)

Hi Blair, Good to know! Do let me know when you drop by HK and I could show you around! :D I believe HK is even better and exciting than NYC Chinatown? :hiding:

Mind I share the "pic of my bass" ?? :smug:

cool photos, Blair. Knowing you a bit, I'm sure you'll drop some new ones every now and then ;)

Only have a couple more. The rest of the truckload are from other aspects of the trip Fran. I'll post a few from the Brooklyn bridge also since it's a walk I've been waiting to do all my life & you won't see too many photos that are any better from the boards.
Copy this stuff for posterity if you are inclined. The ones of the top wood are not as good as you will find on site from the select top wood but these have special fingers included :D. The one of Roger was really under exposed due to lots of back light & I did what I could with it. If anyone with the chops can improve stuff like that, I'll post the original & you could re-post it for us.

This is a very special suspension bridge. 1st of its scope in America. Ken Burns has a good doc on it if you can access the DVD.

Just received these new pictures from Kevin of my bass just a couple days after getting pictures of the unassembled body. It came together much quicker than I expected. I know that the look's not for everyone, but they nailed what I was going for.

My only question is whether I should get a tortoise guard made in addition while they still have the bass.
