Absolutely Stunning. I especially like the natural/maple w/ the diamond layout. First class bro

That's really a great collection Rob. I like how there's no real overlap, each one bring something different to the party. You're right, a guy really needs 5 :D

Hey dub, lovin' the NV215. You should hear it with the 72 SVT and NV610, it's crushing! Hope you're loving whatever you replaced it with. Congrats on the new Sadowsky!

I replaced it w/ an aguilar AG500 and GS212. Although I do love the new rig I will own an NV215 again. To me it is The BEST cab that I have ever owned. I am happy it went to a good person

hi bikeplate
i think you are the guy to ask, i have a Sadowsky modern NYC 4 with Swamp Ash body on order and as it has a quilted top its going to have the acoustic holes under the top.
the other day i went into a shop and tried a Fender USA 75 reissue and it also has a swamp ash body BUT.......it had terribe neck dive! it was like the titanic! the body must have only weighed 0.5 kg and the neck was like 10 kg, or at least thats what it felt like.
So as you're the main guy to ask here about Sadowskys, have you ever had a neck dive problemo , i know the answer is going to be NO but just need your confirmation, i still have 4 months to wait and the mind plays tricks:hmm:

HI

Nice name, first of all. WOW

2nd, I doubt the shop would build you a bass with neck dive. My lightest bass is the black 24/4 in the pic. It weighs 7.25lbs. It ever so slightly dives a bit with the Sadowsky strap because those straps dont grab to your shirt. Its extremely light. Even that light, its fine. Im sure your bass with come to you about 8lbs or so being an NYC. Perfect weight, perfect balance

If I may I have owned 27 Sadowskys including Metros and NYCs. The Lightest was exactly 7lbs (NYC PJ) and the heaviest was just over 10lbs (Metro UV 70 5). I have never had any neck dive on any them. I also use the Sadowsky strap and highly recommend them. Each of them have all been extremely well balanced and even the heaviest of them did not seem as heavy as the scales said it was. Congratulations and welcome to the club!

Peace,

T
