Club Sadowsky!!!

Security locks = same as straplocks. What kind of logs do you mean on the bag? Bag is the standard Sadowsky Porta bag.

Thanks. I wasn't familiar with the term security locks.

Didn't realize Sadowsky basses come with strap locks. Got mine long ago, and strap locks are the first and usually only thing I replace on any bass.

Hope you enjoy your new instrument.

Well, I received my German MetroLine PJ today. Ordered 5th of april, shipped 29 juli. Certificate of authenticity was missing, and also polishing cloth was missing. On the tuners it says "Sadowsky", not "Hipshot". Security locks are "Made for Warwick Germany". So they are not "Sadowsky S-security locks". Weight is 3.9 kg, about 8.6 lbs. Serial nr. G 000150-20.

Guess I'm an official Sadowsky owner now. Maybe I get a membership number?

Just a few comments. Sadowsky branded strap locks are coming. Same style as the Warwick.
NYC style Portabag will accompany the Masterbuilts and the Custom Shop basses. This bag is a new one for the MetroExpress and MetroLine. Tuners are made by Warwick. This one too is from the NAMM show. There should be some kind of paperwork with the bass. Did you check the pouch? Regarding a polishing cloth, I do not know what Warwick plans to include with each instrument.

I have posted a new update letter on my website today. Feel free to check it out.

If anyone tries out our new custom order form (it let's you make a custom order and prices it out for you) and wants to give me feedback to make it better... feel free to pm me.

There was no paperwork, only the bill and some transport papers. Nothing like a certificate or other paper proving this bass was made specially for me. I got a mail from Warwick (Tordis Glass, Andy Freyer) date 7-4-2020 saying: This is a special order. We build this instrument specially for you. Delivery will be end of july.
So, what's wrong here?

@deepestend I dig the form. It’s simple to use and get a price for a custom instrument.

Later, if you have the time & resources, maybe you could implement a build configurator like Maruszczyk which lets you visualize the instrument as you add or change aspects.

Order page is great; couple of quick comments:
- make the link to the order a big-assed button at the top and bottom of the Order Direct page; text link is a bit hidden midway down the page - Always Be Closing!
- for the electronics drop down, maybe add the number of knobs for a little more confidence that the choice is a 3 or 4 knob configuration. I think I know which was which by counting the details in the drop-down, but the 3 vs 4 is a little more intuitive and simple

Rest of form is pretty straightforward, very nice!
