I haven't been searching the ends of the earth online for one but been looking for months and absolutely no luck trying to find the solderless.Well, schnizzel. I see how to hook up this Warwick version; but, it just seems to be a MAJOR step backwards from the solderless version the shop used to sell. NOT user friendly. I may just keep it for a spare and hold out for a used solderless one to come along.
FWIW, I’m a lefty and my MIG Metroline has a lefty pre installed in it and I’m currently on the lookout for an OG righty plug-and-play Sadowsky preamp.
User friendliness aside, the electronics in these basses are simply not the same. P’ups included. Toward the beginning I thought they were closer than they actually are … it took a few gigs to drive home that they’re quite different.
I made this video a while ago comparing my two Japan made Metros: a Standard RS5 and a Modern R5-24. Both are strung with Elixir Nickels and there's no effects on the recording, only Gain adjustment on the soundcard. So, if anyone is interested in check the differences in the instruments tones, here it is! 
I've changed my DiMarzio Ultrajazz PUs for Sadowsky PU's in my Blade, it was OK. If you wanna try something new. DiMarzio has significant different tone, much more sharp and bright with less middle. But you can find dimensions for any pickup replacement on the net to avoid eroding the body.

I have always liked finger tone of those moderns with both pickups on!
What gig bags do you all use? My 5JJ came in the rectangular case which is really light and nice but i need to sling it over my shoulder so I can carry other crap. My ProTec Contego is just a little short. The bass fits bit I have to kind for work it in. I don't carry a lot in my bag, a couple cutom cables , maybe my iPad for church, my IEM's, a leatherman, that's about it. I like my Contego but it's juts a little short.
I use a Protec Contego, Sadowsky Portabag, Mono M80 dual, and a Gator Pro-Go Dual. I seem to remember Protec changing the Contego at some point and making it just a bit longer - I must have that version.
I have the Sadowsky Metroline JJ 5 24-Fret 5 string and it's just a 2 piece solid Alder Body/Morrado FB.
I have the Mono Vertigo, the Reunion Blues Continental Voyager and the Reunion Blues Aero, they all fit my Sadowsky basses. The Aero is very slim and light, but a very tight fight. I mainly use that for fly gigs where it goes inside my SKB bass safe. The Vertigo and Continental Voyager are pretty much even, I like them both.
The Vertigo allows you to pull out your bass with the case standing up, the Continental Voyager has to lay flat because it has a solid frame like a case, but it is the sturdiest gig bag I have ever seen.
The first run of the Vertigo’s were shorter as well, they didn’t fit a Mike Lull M5V 35” scale 5er I had (46” long), but the newer ones do.
Come to think of it, neither did the Contego I had at the time as well.
