btw: I put SC in my ash/morado UV5 and it is much better that way.

Mike, those are two great looking Sadowskys you have there!
The one on the left looks like the twin of the RV4 I took off your hands. I'm enjoying your RV4 more than ever. I too, replaced the HC's w/ Sad SC's and feel she's a keeper!

BTW, that's a great looking UV...love the transparent white!

to me, the alleva's seem much more passive and organic sounding, even in active mode;
and the sadowsky sound active in that really great sadowsky way.
pretty different for being kinda similar!

Exactly! Both great.... that more modern, Sadowsky thing versus the very vintage-like A-C thing... both great in their own way. I love them both for what they are!
