Figured it was already snagged. My first thought: Steve Carell, 40-Year Old Virgin.
I find this one to be a bit creepy, especially in conjunction with the album title. The fact that all the kids' faces are missing may be what does it.

What is surprising, is they had a tune that was Grind-metal-polka at 665BMP

I did see the earlier post and replied to it. This was one of the last recordings that Duane Allman performed on prior to his Motorcycle accident. That is not the original first issue cover. The original was a faux pink velevet with a centered picture, very faded, of a naked woman. Unfortunately my copy was lost in a house fire. Very interesting history to a very disturbing album cover.
