Look at the lower right of the album image. BAT are his initials. The accompanist is family as well, it appears.

So Anyway, Bob Kuban sat in with our band at a gig... on the washboard. Bob's a fine drummer and BL, St. Louis legend and a very good sport.

I read that the Loverboy album "Get Lucky" was actually a photo of a twelve year old girls rear, with a the photographer's hand making the crossed finger symbol. That is pretty creepy.

Well, in light of wiki saying,
"Until 2014, various claims about the identity of the person wearing the leather pants were made. These included Mike Reno, the band's lead singer, who "just went along with" such claims, and Paul Dean, both of whom wore red leather pants during the concert tour for the album."

The Wikipedia quote about the model being "13-year-old Tymara Kennedy" is interesting, as Wikipedia currently says:

The cover of the album depicts the posterior of someone wearing tight red leather pants, with a man's arm and hand in the foreground with index and middle finger crossed. The model wearing the leather pants was 11-year-old Jason Keller, brother of photographer Steven Keller who shot the cover.​
