I love nice relaxed days like that. Unfortunately, everyone who lives near me is living in some time zone that I'd love to ignore for the weekend. I think I'm even going to forego cleaning my garage. LOLOL.

Well guys - I'm off to bed early tonight. Packing is done and I have to be up at 4:30 so I can be at the airport on time. Can't wait to be home so I can get back into causing trouble.

That's cool. I'm an automotive mechanic for a federal agency..and I'm considering a career move. A risky move for sure at 38.
I was with them for thirty years in four different states. I started part time as a lot boy in Florida in 1979. I had no idea I'd end up doing what I did. I really loved it though.

I did not play tonight. Walked the dog then watched some shows I taped on DVR before Christmas so I could delete them. Now to bed.

Ha! I said that exact thing to my bandmates at practice earlier when they were talking about their upcoming 3 day weekend (Monday is a holiday in Alberta). Trying to remedy that though...
I hurt my finger at practice Sunday (middle finger of right hand - plucking finger, and popping for slap), sharp pain right in the knuckle. Took it easy for a few days, this morning it didn't hurt anymore, so I picked the bass back up earlier to practice and it hurts again! Kind of worried about it

That doesn't sound good at all. What were you doing when you hurt it?
Playing bass. Halfway through a song, pain started shooting up my finger from my knuckle to my hand.
