Thanks, Mick! It'll all come together when it's supposed to, I guess. I think everyone comes into your life for a reason, even if they're only passing through. I just find it terribly tedious to deal with the people who seem to translate being my age and my size into being desperate enough to settle for hit it and quit it. There's way more to me than that - as you have all discovered.

I don't mind experimenting, but I raised my kids and they're in their twenties. There's just something weird about dating someone who could be hanging out with my son. Plus - there's that whole "things in common" business.
