See, I don't think it's right to charge so much for a bass that you didn't even bother cutting the upper horn out for. Sup with that? Plus WAY too many strings. You can't just make a big guitar and call it a bass, man.

I know. He's 24. He'll figure that out eventually. So - tonight, I'm throwing words at paper, in more than one way. I've dulled a half-dozen pencils, and come up with a few things that might be publishable with a little refining. None of them is a dating profile - yet.

Lol. That's a good way to deal with life, and store ideas rolled into one.

You need a short term goal. I suggest since he is right there in Florida (and online right now)you could ask Tom to give you a tour.

Or, also in the neighborhood, book a week with Jeff Berlin.

LOL. I have more goals than I have funds or time to get them all done in. Tonight's been productive to a point. I've escaped the most harmful of all my urges for 7.5 hours. I've not embarked on the road trip to Vermont to lay siege to Ben and Jerry's. For me - that's pretty huge deal.

I have a couple of concert options this week now (including Tom) and I'm building a plan to gut my office and remodel it into something that resembles less of an office and more of a studio. If I could only figure out what color paint I like that I'll be happy with for longer than a week.

It's a work in progress - but here's what I have so far.

I don't like most guys, but...I'm also not interested in most guys. That's what makes the few that I do connect with special. I'm smart, opinionated, well-traveled and sophisticated, while still family-oriented at heart. I have a deep appreciation for good dirty jokes and have a few of my own to tell. Bring on the sarcasm and wit for they add spice to life.

You should be a gentleman who says what he means and means what he says. Honesty goes a long way with me. Maturity, emotional and mental security are a must. Musicians welcome and encouraged.

I'm not a supermodel, and I don't expect you to be. That said, life is for living, and I would like to meet someone who likes to live it. I like live sporting events, concerts, unplanned road trips, and spending time with people I care about. Maybe you could be one of those people...

The profile sounds great as is, to me.

If he is performing, add David Pastorious to your concert options. I'd love to see him live. He had a heart-attack (I think...could have been stroke) not long ago, but I think he is performing again.

My highlight was going into the Sabre store per-game and seeing that they had Bruins jerseys with #4... Bobby Orr. He was my hockey hero as a kid l am proudly wearing it home. Typo's? Well I had some beer and the Missy's is driving and the cell keyboard is small.

By the way. Bruins got robbed. They definitely scored in the 1st but play continued.
