Egad!!!!! How old is she?
So I just got back from a "band practice." I got there, rang the doorbell, texted and called the singer and drummer, for 15 minutes. Nobody came to let me in, so I left. Then I started getting texts from the singer complaining that I should've let myself in because the door was unlocked. I've never let myself into his house before without him telling me to beforehand. So, no practice tonight.
That sucks. My bandleader is usually outside when I show up, or can see me walk up through the big window near his front door, so I've never had to deal with that.
He's usually in the living room, just off the entrance, or the kitchen right next to it. Today, I guess everybody was already there and they were in the basement. I was trying to get hold of someone for 10 minutes before I heard them start jamming, but apparently it's my fault, and now he's pissed because I told him I'm not coming back tonight (it's about a 45 minute round trip for me).
Guess you know to let yourself in next time, eh?

Sounds fun. How many times do you think you'll get woken up by a crying baby in the middle of the night because your daughter's sleeping through it?
what's an infant simulator? Is that like a chia pet?
I may have my late night commercials mixed up.
here's where we'll be tomorrow - not playing but mixing the four tunes we recorded over the last six months (talk about slowly but surely), including two originals -
