BTW - I'm going to be in Illinois from 10 December through Christmas. I'll be south, but maybe we could figure out a nice half-way point to catch coffee or a drink?

There are all kinds of things it might be....:eyebrow: :p :D ....but I'm not gonna tell you just yet. :D Some things are better left to the imagination.

Thank you so much. What color was your Lakland? Was it an amber, or a different color? I can't really tell.

The Dingwall is amazing! It took a couple of songs to get used to the fan frets, but OMG once I got the feel for it, I didn't want to put it down. I did - but only for the Lakland - and then I alternated between them for almost an hour before I asked the guy, "If I buy them both, can I get a volume discount?"

Yep - going to meet my new baby boy. I'm thinking about taking a couple of my bass babies, too. Reb was born on the anniversary of Cliff Burton's death (and my daughter was a huge Metallica fan), so I'm going to be taking obligatory Baby with Bass pics. And Emeri (the 2yo granddaughter) likes to sit on Mimi's lap and play bass with me, so we'll need BabyGirl with Bass pics, too.

We'll figure out the meeting place - along the way. And anyone who wants to join us - let's just make it the more the merrier. How's that?

Basses are a requirement. Don't leave them in a cold car though, bring them in the house right away.
Must have baby (and BabyGirl) with bass pics. If either of them becomes a famous bass player those pictures will be priceless.

Sounds great! Anybody else in the general area? PA, you'd only have to drive across Indiana! :p We could all meet at a DSW! :D:D:D

Yanno - FM, we could meet at something like Champaign or Effingham, then drive over to Indy together to meet PA. Hang for the night in Indy and go find some music - we could totally change that city. ;) ;) ;) ;)

The midwest would never be the same!
