I don't know why not. I've used it before. Most every sales associate is empowered to give you some kind of discount if you ask the right question. And I haggle over everything - even at Wal-Mart.

Also - little known DSW fact - they honor the coupons even after they've expired. And most stores will price-match if you have a sale at a high end store on the same brand and style.
