Seems to work fine to me. A man who ripped the heart out of the chest of an infant is on death row. Yeah......that seems about right to me, insane or not.
Holy poop... I read the title and was just dumbfounded, almost as much when I read the article... This truly is a world gone mad... Wow... The title says it all... Damn!!
First thing that popped to my mind, too.
But that is sick. I mean, he's on death row and I doubt this will be taken back. Can this much madness be cured?

It's mostly obvious that this guy will never be something of a contributing member of society in any fashion. He's also a murder, and clearly insane.
I guess that's reason enough to off him. However, I always wonder if it's worth the time and money to even bother with people like that...

As for the article itself, it's probably a bad sign that even something this creepy doesn't really disturb me anymore.
Well, I really don't think we're doing him any favors to keep him around truthfully. If he seemed to have a chance of re-entering society, maybe, but this doesn't seem to be the case at all.
