Finally got to plug mine in yesterday, and it sounds amazing. I've been running some OD and Fuzz pedals for awhile and got used to losing some notes in the mix, but even with my tone and blend way up with the B3K and Microtubes on I lose almost nothing, it's a beautiful thing. The amp is surprising transparent for me, maybe it will lead to me being a cleaner player haha. I still have to work on shaping my low end but I'm in love with everything else.

First gig last night with the Darkglass amp. The sound guy wanted to DI my bass before the amp but I insisted that he take it from the back of the amp. The B3k distortion from the amp was my only effect last night. Well he ended up doing both but he told me after the show that he only used the DI from the amp because it sounded so great. Also first gig for my Audiokinesis Hathor 212. Awesome combo!

I can confirm the amp fits in a Mono M80 single bag. It is a little tight but it does zip up with a bass inside the case also zipped. I plan on attaching a small camera bag or MOLLE pouch in lieu of a Guitar Tick for carrying cables.

I went post DI out. I actually wanted to increase my stage volume and turn the master up because my lead guitar next to me was way too loud. I never did because I figured that would affect the FOH. I guess next time I just have to make sure I'm loud enough on stage at sound check. I wasn't pushing that rig at all because when I heard it through the PA it sounded great. My fault, lesson learned.

Has anyone figured out a good way to put the amp in a rack? I have it in a nice heavyweight mixer bag but I'd much prefer having it in my rack with power conditioner etc.

I am also curious about this decision. Does not seem practical in a live situation.

Fender Rumbles do the same thing. Most people that have used them have had no issues. No different than mic'ing a cab.
