I dunno if Dingwall uses metric hex wrenches or imperial measurements for compatibility with the US, but all Canadian Dingwall basses come with a complete set of wrenches. What wrenches did your bass come with?
There were not any wrenches with the bass. It is chinese made NG2. Bought it from local store in Finland.
Dingwall sell a set of replacement wrenches for trivial money. Maybe see if your store can order one for you? My recollection is that the wrenches were a bit mixed, but my set isn't immediately to hand.
Yeah, the Darkglass pedals are super sensitive to power, and each DG pedal needs to be on an independent power circuit, not daisy-chained with anything else. You can either get a small brick with isolation, or use three OneSpots.
I believe that one adjusts the spacing, if I’m correct you do not want to adjust it.
Those screws on the bridge are ALL 1/16". You should NOT use a 1.5mm wrench on them, because it is a little too small and it will ruin the holes. All other screws are metric, but those are SAE 1/16".
Any Combustion 6 strings in the wild yet. I've been looking for pictures or info but can't find anything. Thinking of ordering one.

The issue is not with the tuner, the issue is that each DG pedal needs its own dedicated power supply circuit.

Indeed! Though I will at least try another adapter first just to rule it out. There's no issue when daisy chaining the two Darkglass pedals, the problem only occurs when the Polytune is in the chain. The Adam will be so much more discreet than the solution I have, along with solving the isolation issue.
The issue isn't huge as it seems to apply only when the tuner is engaged. However, it likely causes unnecessary background white noise for the AOU when not engaged. If, as you say, the DG pedals are very sensitive with regards to power isolation.
I've got an interesting issue then, my AOU is noisy, static-y, to the point that it's noticeable live. It makes noise even when the distortion circuit is disengaged, but if I bypass it, no noise. I'm running a Strymon Zuma power supply, so I can guarantee that the power supply isn't the issue. I'm gonna hit up Doug and see if he's got a solution, but I can't use it at the moment. Since you guys are talking about pedalboards, maybe someone has an idea?

Do you have any other power supply available that you can try with the Darkglass as a test?
I hooked this up to use for testing purposes and for portable use when I want to use my OmniCabSim as a headphone amp to test out a bass when I meet a seller in a parking lot. It works great. The two 9V batteries are in parallel.
Also, you should try a test keeping everything powered up exactly the way it is, but just plug the bass straight into the aou, and out from that straight into the amp, and see if the issue still occurs.
I'll try that. I haven't hooked it up directly, so I do need to try that before I hit Doug up. I do have some other power supplies, but the Strymon is THE power supply. NINE, dual isolated, 500mA outputs. It's the one thing on my pedalboard that I'd buy another one of if something happened to it. That dual 9v battery thing is awesome! Well done!
From what I’ve read (and experiences) they have a bit of noise unfortunately. Mine does as well. Thought the DI its reduced and the phones it’s almost existent. It’s actually why it won’t make it onto my board. My signal is silent until I put it in the chain.
I've never had a problem with the DG Alpha Omega Ultra. Maybe because I've never owned one? I do love my new DG Hyper Luna compressor though. Easily my favorite compressor. And I've owned many.
I’ve just put an AOU on my board and I have no issues whatsoever. I actually replaced my Pork & Pickle which I was finding super noisy bad feedback-y, and the AOU has been super quiet both with my NG2 and my Caprice.
Sounds like you may have a defective AOU.
I've never had any noise issues, either. Some noise is to be expected since a signal is amplified, thats just a given along with drive. It's barely audible, however, and nothing that disrupts the tone.

If you do some searching on the topic of the AOU “static” it’s fairly common. Depending on your rig and set up in may be more noticeable then others. I’m pretty certain even Doug made a mention of it at one point..... I’ve been wrong all too often before though.
