Not an issue! The train has a boggy system that levels out the train during curves and corners, and the amp itself is on a slant towards the wall. It won't move an inch.

Nah. Heavy enough without. Once it gets to the rehearsal space it'll rarely travel.

Eventually if we start touring and gigging again, yes, definitely.

What was the initial ETA on yours? Mine was supposed to be here in April and I was told there is a 2 month delay now.

i sure don’t, I’m a little lost on the current pickup offerings.

Is the FDV wired parallel rather than series? A four lead pickup from the two coils? With a series/parallel switch, the series should get you close to P tone. At least that’s what I found with Super Fatties it whatever came in the older AB-1’s

My experience with the P tone and split P pups is they have lots more snarl, and spank with the tone wide open. Not the prettiest, smoothest sound solo, but very focused in the mix. And with the tone rolled off it’s super punchy.

If a Dingwall didn’t already have a P pup, and I could get one, I installed a P. On the maple AB-1 five string you bought, it made all the difference. The P tone, and rewiring the bridge to series. I’m not really into little switches, but With the blueqube, there was tremendous range.

And the more I play my Super P, the more I like it. I’m even growing fond of the other side of the hybrid tone sweep.
