We all know it’s more of a guideline than a rule!
Yes indeed she’s a beauty!
Mostly the comic book paint job.
I can fully understand that.
No, it's not Lee. It's described as a Darkglass distortion circuit which I wouldn't want (though some probably would). That's why I suggested the DGTC. I know the D-bird is all passive, but why not have the DGTC as an option?
Hell... I'm just spitballin' here.
I could take or leave the onboard drive, but if this ever comes out as a standard in a solid color like gunmetal, I will buy it. Even if I have to sell other basses. Let it be known...
Please be sure to give us addicts a heads-up when you decide to rehome her!
Tell me about it!!!! ....
All I’m gonna say is my wife has landed back in Canada from Japan.....
I just spent some time reading through the facebook comments on this, Sheldon said that the bridge is new and going into production now. I'm hoping all the Chinese models get that bridge, it looks a lot nicer than the Hipshot rails.
He also confirmed that it is indeed a Chinese model and the price will be slightly north of an NG3.
I like a lot of the features on this new D-Bird and with any other paint job I'd probably be interested, but the comic book thing just doesn't do it for me at all.
So, looks like I'm overpaid on my taxes. Hmmm...what could I possibly do with that unexpected $$?
Or the gift for the man who has everything...
Still got that white Z3 or did you sell that?
I ordered mine in fall 2018
Same... but when I ordered the dealer had a posted expected month ETA depending on what color you wanted.
Took some pictures in the sun
I'd love it if that drive/blend from DG would be offered as a custom build option.
that looks like sweden for sure very nice bass, great pics
Have an interested party but still have it as of now.
.....sadly, i may be putting this up for sale soon - im struggling though. One kid hittin University this year, the other in two years......, and just built a house - probably time for me to try "adulting" Ughhh
Such a classy bass!
You would know!!!!
