Dingwall Owners Club

I'm here, I just don't have much money to complain about not being able to buy it with anymore. Considering letting go of my ABZ5 because I've been playing an ABZ6III but given that every dingwall I've ever sold I've begged the new owner to sell it back to me ya'll should probably talk me out of it.
I'm in that same situation. I have a Pedulla Pentabuzz up for sale now that I want to use towards another Dingwall and know as soon as she's gone I'm going to miss it. But I miss my Z and previous ABZ

I have not. I currently play a New York Bass Works rf524. I believe it is 34.5" scale

While obviously, I'm 100% in on the 'long scale' Dingwalls and love them, I'd suggest trying to get your hands on one of them (any model of the 34-37" basses) before investing the kind of $$ that a custom order takes. For some people that means buying a Combustion/NG or used ABZ/AB1 then moving on, or finding someone in your area that can share theirs.

^^ this is an important consideration. I went from a Super J/P 4 to a long scale Z3 5 and wasn’t comfortable with the switch. Eventually I had to realize that the Supers were just perfect for me and couldn’t be happier now. Although there seems to be a lot more long scales in the wild than Super series.

Sounds like I should attend NAMM

I don't like it, but, I'm not going to belittle anyone else's choices. Hopefully it's everything the buyer wanted out of it... or if no buyer, that's OK too. I'm here to oogle and chat about Dingwalls.

Ive often wondered if we would see a FF fender....
We’ve discussed many other offerings.

I’m not a FAN..... get it

FAN.....

if anyone has any leads on a Z, AB or Super PJ 5, I'd greatly appreciate it.
I was just looking at these wondering why they haven’t been scooped up.
