I would love a Torzal bass someday, and I'd love a fanned Ric, but this one doesn't do it for me.

I must have been a "one off" for a customers individual demands and I agree, that Jazz plate looks terrible.

I too would like a Torzal but it'll involve an expensive trip to TX first, just to try one.

Its funny - I bought a Dingwall without trying one. Then again, there was a good market for it if I didn’t like it. Doing a Torzal with a natural twist might be harder to find someone (unless local) if you don’t like it. That has kept me from making the jump as well.

Featuring the no longer available Baltic Amber pickguard color. I contacted Dingwall about that color a while back and was told they can no longer get it. Such a shame as it's a beautiful color for a pickguard. That color with a pearl white body and maple fretboard would absolutely slay me.

I do have one that I put in my combustion, though I haven't played with it much yet. What I heard I liked, but I want to compare it with my P pickup in my Super PJ.

If I have to have a pickguard I prefer Baltic Amber. Had one made when I had natural Super J.
