That’s an interesting thought. A fretless bass with an evertune bridge...I’m curious how that’d work!Just make it fretless, no squiggly lines needed
Thinking about it, I figure it’d be ok...? If I remember correctly the sensor on the strings is detecting tension, so once set up it wouldn’t impact fretless playing, I think. However, the “mode” where the bridge can negate string bending would be interesting.
Imagine: true-temperament frets, evertune bridge, headless, carbon fiber neck, long scale Dingwall
That bass would probably also make a nice cuppa’ joe while frying an egg!
while we are spec ing this thing out I’ll delete the coffee maker and spec a Bitcoin farmer.

Hey guys, I own two ABZ 4's. Considering the long term gigging plans of my band and some computer/video equipment I'm going to buy, I decided to list one of them. Just put it up in the Classifieds.
But I FINALLY own another Super PJ5.
God are they hard to find.
I was wondering where this would surface. I swear it was listed for like 10 minutes.

Oh, I like that. That may be the best looking Super P 5 that I've seen. Of course, I may well say that about the next one I see too. Those are just nice to look at.
Yeah I check everywhere all the time. There’s been a green one with black blocks but that’s the only other one I’ve seen recently and I def wanted a dark board and dots. Had to jettison an F Bass and an ABI to clear the money to snag it but you gotta move fast with these.

Beautiful bass. I love the burst on a Super P and Super J. Perfect mix of Dingwall "modern" construction, but a nice classic look to go with model.
I just saw a Super P five somewhere - no bridge pickup. I forced myself to forget where I saw it because I just bought a Sadowsky.

Beautiful bass. I’m usually not that into 2 or 3 tone bursts but it looks great on that bass! The fingerboard grain is also stunning!
