I’ve only recently found a love for Spector after being a Dingwall guy for many years. Spector won’t replace Dingwall for me in anyway but I really love the different flavour mine offers.I’m a Dingwall guy through and through, so I know my opinion shouldn’t be worth much. The Dimension ain’t for me, but I hope Spector has loads of success with the model![]()
Sounds goodI'm toying with the idea of selling mine, mostly to replace with a super J. I'll keep you in the loop if I do.
I have an AB2 that I'd be willing to sell, as I have my eye on another Canadian build. Here's an old listing from last time I had it up for sale:Anyone selling a used ABII?
Ugh. You had this thing cleaned right up right????I have an AB2 that I'd be willing to sell, as I have my eye on another Canadian build. Here's an old listing from last time I had it up for sale:
No longer available - Dingwall AB2 Prototype

If Spector could offer me a similar flavour in a multi scale package that would be pretty rad but I think the current dimension is not that.
talking’ EMGs, Haz, thin neck profile, good balance, solid heavy AF maple, etc.
Pure Spector flavour with a longer B. Would be cool with me as variety to my Dingos
all that said, I’m also good with my Spector just being parallel frets as that is also a factor to contribute to “what it is”
when I was younger I was kinda snobbish about my brand loyalty.... the kinda music I listened to also, but I’ve come to appreciate the variety we have available to us for different reasons.
Kinda like a metal head exploring Vulf Peck![]()
Maybe cocobolo top/ walnut body. bubinga/wenge neck?Looks like it's bubinga over walnut. It's definitely chambered - maybe Randy will keep it in the club...
