i've never looked into custom shop prices, but I'm sure that should give people who have a better idea of what they're talking price wise

That would be the HE6Y 3/8" in black (assuming your bass has black hardware and Y keys).

I played it today. It feels completely normal, both for fingerstyle and pick. You don’t even notice the scalloped body
