This is the new-to-me Combustion 5 I picked up a few months back. Pups & elex are all stock but I did add Hipshot UL's and a Dunlop strap button in the correct position. What is interesting is that it is S/N #00021 so I'll assume it's from the first batch and pretty much in near mint condition...mods notwithstanding.

Played the SJ5 during service this morning. No need for a switch to toggle between parallel and series for the bridge pickup - it is staying (and slaying!) in series!![]()
It looks like transparent white over alder. I'd never seen it before the Combustion debuted...
Hey guys, quick question. What is your preferred pickup settings on your Dingwall? For example, I play an abz in the J bass setting with my EQ flat. That feels the most comfortable to me. I'm not saying I don't use or love the sound of the other settings and variations. Those settings just feel like home for me.
