I am guessing I am overdriving the input, but I don't know why.. My basses run from a Modulus Q5, G. Gould GGi5, Modulus Vertex, Fender Precision Deluxe Special.. Every one overdrives the amp.

that is strange, I run a precision through my 1350 and have the master at about 12 o'clock with plenty of volume.

Oh man....that is so tempting...I bought my 410 because I couldn't afford to get two 112's. I think my 410 has the ceramic magnets on the speakers. Plus, my 410 is plenty loud for anywhere I could even think of playing and I'm not sure the two 112's would be. Certainly be enough for most gigs though...aaaarrrrrggggghhhh.

I better not do it. I'm running my WT500/800 bridged into 8 ohms with my DNS-410 and I'd have to run the 112's into separate channels to get the most out of them (240-watts each beats 200 watts each if I run them in just one side. If I could bridge into 4 ohms, then I might jump at it.

Absolutely great picture...thought it was an album cover at first!

Laying cabs down on their front/back during transport, yea or nay?

Sometimes I have to transport my cab in the back end of the drummers truck. It fits snugly between his rug and hardware bag, but the cab is too tall and wide to fit upright or on it's side. In these instances, it will only fit either on it's front or back.

Thoughts/experiences?

mine all have road cases. safe and sound. Doesn't matter how they get set into the vehicle/trailer/van. They are 100% secure.

I'm not as worried about it getting beat up because it's always secured between other padded gear to eliminate movement. Plus, the truck is a brand new Tacoma and rides like a floating cloud.

I just don't want any issues with the weigh of the drivers/magnets etc causing damage during the ride. I assume they're braced in there well enough to handle being in any position, but just want to make sure before I have to load it in the truck again!

Long ago I was told by someone I no longer remember that if your speakers are front mounted, then stack them either face up or on their side. If they are rear mounted, then transport them either face down or on their side. Makes sense to me to let the speakers on my DNS-410 transport face up, so that's what I've been doing. If I did it the other way then all the weight would be hanging on the screws that attach it.

Sadly, I had to list this for sale. She has all of maybe one hour of playing time on her and is mint. Letting her go for $600 off of the street price of a new one. I'm the original owner (Dec of 2017) and everything that came with it goes to the new owner (amp, rack ears, manual, power cord, factory box and original receipt from Bass Central)! My loss, your gain!

For Sale - DNA 1350(rev B) - MINT Over 0 off of new price (as new, never gigged)!

You would have to change out the speakers because you can't re-wire a 8 ohm cab 210 to make it 4 ohm 210 or vice versa. You'd need to contact DNA directly to see if they have any available separately. Armin (bassmann1968) may be able to reach David directly to find out for you.

@Bassmann1968 , would you happen to know if raw speakers can be purchased directly from DNA currently? any help is appreciated. thanks!
