Epiphone have been my brand of choice for a very long time, but a couple of years ago I fell in love with the Ibanez Artcore series. So much so that I've just bought a second one, which for a dedicated one-bass-at-a-time person like me is unprecedented.

when it comes to amps though, older Trace Elliots. Both cabs and amps. 410's and 210s only. Just the sound I like, nothing against other manufacturers. Early and mid 90's Trace Elliot gear just has a specific quality to it that Im fond of. Ive played through a ton of various gear and had tons of amps, but in the end its just what I prefer. Same thing with Roland for my keys. I use a Roland JC120 for that, have for 30 years.

Right now I'd say MTD Kingston. MTD Tone and construction principles on a Budget. I own two and have a third on deposit. They sound decent, and not too many players have them. So when I show up I'm probably the only Cat on the Bill playing through one.

I have 3 basses left. A Rickenbacker, a Rickenbacker and a Rickenbacker. So, yeah I guess so.

Still jealous, Neal! Post a picture!

I lean towards Fender, but I'm also totally disloyal to my Fenders. I tend to chop, change, modify and part-out about 75% of anything Fender that comes into the house. At the moment I have a Starcaster that is stock, a P bass with a J neck, a Telecaster and Strat in pieces awaiting their turn on the block.

I was a Fender and Gibson 4 string guy until I found this damned site just over a decade ago. :p

Now I am a boutique-y 5 string, 34" scale, 18-19mm spacing, all active guy. No brand Allegiance as I have owned many dozens of different brands, but I have loved Fodera, FBass and Valenti basses for years end they are my main 3 gigging basses.

I still have my old Fenders, but rarely play them....

Amps are different. I only play Jule amps and Berg cabs (exclusively for 4 years or so) and have no real interest in other amp/cabs.

I didn't realize we could bring our guitars into this, too.
I'm still a Leo-ite.
Fenders: Strats, Teles, Partscasters.
Ibanez Roadstars and Pro Lines that are Super Strats.
Charvel Model 3 (Superstrat).
My only deviance is a Danelectro 56 U2 and a 1991 Gibson Les Paul Studio I used to own. The LP lasted about a year.
