I'm going to have to go with Ibanez. I have three basses--a Fender acoustic, a Gretsch, and an Ibanez--and while the other basses are nice I don't find myself GASing for another Fender or another Gretsch. However, I'm always GASing for another Ibanez model, namely the higher end Soundgears. The Ibby does everything I want it to do; the slim neck feels great, I'm able to achieve the sound I'm looking for, and they look pretty cool IMO. Maybe if I tried a nice American Precision/Jazz I'd change my mind, but for now Ibanez is "my brand."
Lakland's my numero uno. High overall quality, the US necks are pure sex, great customer service, and I dig the overall product range (especially on the passive side). Also, they're local to me and run by a group of good people.
That said, I've always owned some other brands as well. There are plenty of very good to great instruments out there.

Not necessarily a brand, but definitely a type: Jazz basses. I've played a lot of different brands/types of basses over the years, but Jazz basses just work for me. If I had the money I'd love to try a Zon and I would LOVE to try a Fodera Matthew Garrison sig, but I don't, so I'll stick to my Jazz basses.

I've owned and liked many different boutique brands, but settled on Martin Keith Guitars basses. I have the four in my profile picture, plus I'm trying out this short scale six.
I've owned about a dozen different brands, but currently all of my guitars and basses have a G&L or EBMM logo.
I was Modulus for years (even started the TB Modulus Club) but I've mostly gone back to Spectors but my Lakky gets lots of love too. It's not as comfy to play but the sound with the original Barts and preamp is just "there".
But, I don't really dig on having duplicates of something just to have it. I probably will get an HH Stingray/Sterling next since I want that sound. My NS5 and Lakky already do what they do.

I've been playing Fender Jazz basses exclusively since 2001. Before that I was a long time Ibanez player. This is not to say that I wouldn't consider a different model bass down the road, it's just what floats my boat right now.
No brand loyalty here. Presently playing Fenders, a Warwick and a Rickenbacker. Love 'em all for what they are.
I think I'm definitely a Warwick man, specifically my 6 string broadneck. I don't like basses with narrow-er string spacing and there's definitely something about the "Warwick growl" that really grabs my ears more than most basses.
