I have a 1972 Seiko Skyliner that I wear when I wear a long sleeve button down.
When I'm doing short sleeves I wear my Seiko 62MAS Reissue or my Archimede Pilot.
Every once in a while I breakout the Flightmaster.
Now I'm just waiting for that payday that gets me the Daytona.

I always wear a watch. Well, not to sleep or in the shower, but otherwise always. I've worn one since I was a teen, and feel naked without one.

I did just out of habit because I wear a watch everywhere. But then I noticed in videos I am constantly shaking my arm to readjust how my watch is sitting on my wrist, and thought it looked bad. Plus, it doesn't look metal.
Left-handed human playing rightie, with watch on the right. I have one good watch (Tutima Saxon One, deep blue face), but it comes off when I'm playing bass - I don't want to scratch the bass with my metal watchband! Watch usually ends up on top of my amp so I can monitor the time as a set progresses.
I always wear a watch. Other than my wedding band, it’s the only jewelry I wear, so I have several in different styles, made of different metal, with different bands, etc. I pick one out every day based on pure whim and, if it’s a gig night, I just keep wearing whichever one I put on that morning.
Most of them were gifts from my wife and, for our anniversary this year, she bought me a Hamilton Ventura, which is known for being made famous by Elvis Presley and also for being worn by the guys in Men In Black. She said it looks cool (kind of a Jetsons vibe, although Elvis made it famous 10-15 years before The Jetsons) and thought it should be my gig watch. So now on every gig I wear this watch on my left wrist and, on my right, I wear a bracelet that’s made of woven bass strings that she bought me a few years ago before the first gig I ever played.

To answer your question, yes, I always wear a watch. I can't not wear a watch. I became a WIS in about 2014 and currently rotate through about 15 watches (all sub $500).

I wear a watch alllllll the time except when sleeping. Have a bunch of them. Love them. Feel naked without a watch. I don't get people who don't wear a watch at all. Don't get it. Who wants to keep dragging their phone out of their pocket to check the time? Weird. Plus a watch is such a cool little extra fashion piece. You can change the bands to match your shirt or whatever for instance if you go the NATO/Zulu band route. I am very much a watch enthusiast.
My Garmin Fenix 6X only leaves my wrist to charge (and only when I'm driving).
I'm a data nerd. I'm also a runner (mtn/trail/road) and a cyclist (all the above - except I use a Garmin cycling computer on the bikes). My Fenix is my training buddy, but I don't really take it's advice. I just use the data to understand my own training status and response. It can be fascinating.

Sweet cabronita! Is that a custom paint job, or a reflection? Just finished refinishing my own in SFG. Absolutely love it.
I dont really wear watches, but I do wear jewelry like bracelets and rings. They can be bothersome when playing, so if I'm wearing any to a gig, it'll be smaller pieces taht dont get in the way or inhibit my fingers.
I didn’t used to. I hated wearing watches when I was a kid, and would always lose them because I’d take them off and then forget about them. Avoided having one for most of my adult life. But now that I have an Apple Watch, it’s always-on (like a really good compressor 
). Doesn’t get in my way at all when I play. (Just need to make sure I turn on “Do Not Disturb” when I’m playing; nothing worse than getting urgent phone calls mid-set about renewing my auto warranty.)

Last year I bought an Apple Watch 5 because I got so tired of resetting my old watch for daylight savings time. I always wear a watch and like that I can use an analog face with added complications (what a strange word to use, functions is much better in my opinion). I use it for timing when I cook, quick look at the temperature and weather, pulse rate, battery, and especially using Apple Pay. Just touch one of the icons and more controls come up. I also set it to have no color scheme, just one color. I also use a Twist-O-Flex band to make it very easy to put on and take off. I've always been a gadget freak and it's right up my ally.
I don't use it for text or mail because it's too cumbersome, and I always use a Bluetooth headset to my phone, which is in my pocket and notifies me verbally that I received Mail or Texts.
