Don’t confuse what they list for vs sell for. I see a lot of the same pedals floating around Reverb with falling prices. I know the Nick-era ones are still going for more than the original prices, but not the $500+ some folks keep asking for.

I already have a Volt Thrower, actually, and it's definitely one of my favourite dirt pedals. Probably the one I can't imagine switching out at all because it just works so well for me.@YawningJorin - if you're looking for a versatile RAT, try out the Earthbound Audio Iron Pig. For my tastes, I preferred it to the Volt Thrower. I felt that the VT always had a slight bit of fizz to it, and I dislike fizz. The Iron Pig is tough to dial in, and can do all sorts of great tones. Either box is fantastic, though, and I'm probably splitting hairs.
That being said, I think I'm slowly realizing I'm not a RAT fan, as the Iron Pig is likely getting taken off the board now. Anyway, Dunwich is solid stuff, but for whatever reason, I just can't justify holding on to it. I think maybe I've just tried the Dunwich circuits that I don't like such as the RAT and OCD - I've never been able to make those work for me. Come to think of it, the only "standard" circuit that I use on bass is a Muff, all of my other stuff is original designs that aren't as popular or iconic. Is there a Dunwich Muff?
I'm also in awe of how much some of these pedals sell for. I simply can't justify it, though I'd love to try some out. If I have a pricey pedal I'm not using, it's gotta go to feed more GAS and other tones.
It’s a beauty too!I have a Volt Thrower in the classifieds if anyone is interested

It’s just so... large. Anyone know if Magic will ever do another run of the smaller DA120s?
You should put up a auto-ping when one of the 1590BB versions goes on Reverb. Its the only version with Blend. Its a Rev2 circuit with blend. No mid boost.
Good to hear from ya. Whats the boost trimpot inside that one boosting again? I'm pretty sure I keep mine close to 0.
I own the possible third, custom civil war with a gate.No I never made a muff for any kind of general consumption. I think I made 2-3 muffs in my entire lifetime. One of them is owned by Kurt Ballou (Mojo Muff variant). One of them is owned by Will from Indian (1 knob variant). I cant recall making another but its possible 1 more exists.

Good to see you on the boards Nick... Please let us know when the public stuff goes public.Lol folks.
I am not personally building things right now but I am doing some design work with a few folks, some that I will be a silent partner on, some that will be public.
I get my fill of engineering at work.
Yes! I NEED that HM-2! It's the one clone I've had an itch to try for forever. Though I am liking my newest HM-2 acquisition as well. For anyone out of the loop, Magic confirmed that 2021 will bring a bountiful harvest of Left Hand Paths (Heavy Metal HM-2), Wizard Fuzzes (original), and Witchfinders (Hyperfuzz FZ-2). I'm looking forward to the lot of them![]()
Oh no. That will kill the exclusivity of my Dunwich Witchfinder!!!!
