OK, i found the speaker switch at Mouser....there was a number on the switch and its like 79 cents....Now, i thought i would order an illuminated power switch while the chassis is pulled but there is no part number on the switch!

Is there any source such as a repair center for Eden i can contact to ID the illuminated power switch?

Surely there is somewhere that has parts or a part number for my 1997 Metro....any help is appreciated!

Ok, concerning the power switch on my 1997 Eden Metro, it is made by CW industries.

Part number is: 'GRL 4021-0012' 4000 series mini rocker switch.....No one has it in stock according to CW industries who was very helpful but they build to order so i will order from DigiKey.....i think at least an 8 week build time!

That is hard to believe that no one has it in stock....i bet Eden bought many 100's of these back in the day (1997 Metro in my case) and i bet the same power switch was used on many Eden amps...thought i would share.

Full Compass is out of stock and back ordered indefinitely apparently.....Usually 500 pieces is a minimum for manufacturers...supply and demand....mine still works but if it goes south like the speaker switch, then what?

I've seen a few "used" D210XLT cabs go for that amount. You'll need to check out Reverb, e-bay, and perhaps Craig's list to find it, but that would be a goo choice. If you can find a D210XST used around $300, that would also be a good choice. With the XLT, you can probably just run the EQ flat because it has a built-in mid-hump that just sounds great! To get a similar sound with the XST, you'll need to dial in a touch of low-mid boost ~250Hz to get a similar sound. Both would be great cabs and both are around $1,000 new. But they've both been around for a long time and there are often some good "used" prices out there.

When your looking at Eden cabs, prior to 2010 they'll say David+Logo+Eden on the cab badge - so 2009 and earlier. 2010 and later you'll see Logo+Eden on the cab badge. The cabs are the same designs, just the badge has changed to confuse the innocent. ;) Also the D210T was the first of David's D210 cabs, next came the D210XLT and both of those were sold for many years. Then the T was discontinued and not long after that the XST cabs came out. So the XST's are the latest of David's designs for Eden cabs.

Ever since Marshall bought Eden they have been slowly discontinuing the XLT cabs (only the D210XLT and D115XLT remain), which is too bad because even though they don't go as low as the XST or handle as much power, they are slightly more sensitive and have a very distinctive and very pleasing sound especially when playing in a group. The T's are nice, they XLT's are better sounding than the T's, and the XST's have a flatter frequency response plus will go lower, and handle more power. The XST's definitely have a deeper and tighter bottom end for 5-string player using that low B string much. All of these would sound good with your WT400+ if you can find one used around $300.
