Epiphone Club

I am VERY late to the party, but I love ALL of my Epiphone instruments and I just did exactly what the fist post described.

I am not a fan of most Epiphone Basses. I own an Accu-Bass (which I love and is slowly becoming my main bass) and, last year, I had the opportunity to play a Thunderbird.

I was impressed with the Thunderbird, but not enough to purchase it, at that time.

So, even though it looks like this club is kinda "dead", I'd like a number and I promise to do what I can to add to the discussion.

#214? When are people going to get on board with (some of) the quality instruments Epiphone is putting out?

Last year, Epiphone took a huge step forward ... all bone nuts, CTS pots, Grover (minimum 14:1) tuners.

I don't understand the reticence (other than cork-sniffing).

I'm glad to be aboard and will do all I can to promote Epiphone and represent this group well.

Indeed, Epi's are really great basses, and great values. I've got a Rumblekat and have tried a few others at local shops. I dug their Viola bass a lot more than Hofners that I tried, though I haven't purchased one. But I may....

I totally agree. My Epi EB-0 is the one bass of any that I've had in 53 years, I love the most!
