Fender Launches New Midnight Hour Precision Bass

He's wearing what appears to be a Neapolitan suit, possibly Roman. The man has good taste in clothes although I'm not crazy about the bass color scheme.

See post #21. The Midnight Hour is a reference to the band, not the song.

Ah ha, so maybe I needed to read on and be less offended so quickly huh?

I didn't know such a band existed and of course my age and grumpiness is now on full display. :roflmao:

A bit too much going on with this one for my taste.
I don't know why, but I always associate matching head stocks with the cheap and horrible, no name, instruments of my teens

So do I, then I found out matching headstocks are a late '60s Jazz Bass thing. I saw one on the Alleva Coppolo website that I liked a lot so it changed my opinion on them but I still carry that prejudice. A matching headstock on a Fender always reminds me of Squier.
